How to use

Load the continuous label roll into a compatible sprocket-fed impact printer according to the printer manufacturer's instructions, aligning the sprocket holes with the feed pins. Adjust printer settings for label length (101.6 x 48.4 mm) and paper type to achieve optimal print density. After printing, separate labels along the perforation or cut the backing as required. Store unused labels flat in a cool, dry place to preserve adhesive performance and paper quality.

Recommendations

For best results, use with impact or dot matrix printers designed for sprocket-fed continuous media and test print settings on a small batch before large runs. Avoid exposing printed labels to excessive heat or moisture to maintain print clarity and adhesive strength.
