Zelfklevende printeretiketten HERMA inkjet-dossieretiketten A4 61x297 mm

HERMA Inkjet file labels are self-adhesive A4 sheets with three 61 x 297 mm labels per sheet, supplied in packs that total 75 labels. Made of high-quality, coated 90 g/m² paper in a matte white finish, these labels are designed for inkjet printers and deliver sharp contours and photo-quality colour reproduction. Each label is blank to allow printing of company logos, inscriptions and organization notes, and a full-side border enables reliable printing even on printers with imprecise paper guides. The product is manufactured in Germany and features reliable adhesion suitable for frequently used files.

Advantages

High-quality coated paper (90 g/m²) ensures crisp, sharp prints in both black-and-white and colour. The full-side printable border reduces misprints caused by paper guide variations in inkjet printers. Blank label surfaces permit customisation with logos and text, while the self-adhesive backing provides dependable adhesion for documents and file folders. The product is compatible with common inkjet printers and delivers consistent colour reproduction and edge definition.

Suitable for

• Labeling archive files, ring binders and file folders
• Printing company logos and identification details on file spines
• Organizing office documents and storage boxes
• Creating custom identification labels for projects and departments

How to use

Load the A4 label sheet into your inkjet printer according to the printer manufacturer’s instructions, ensuring correct orientation for printing on the printable side. Use your preferred label design software or the free software solutions provided to create text, logos or barcode layouts sized to 61 x 297 mm. Print a test sheet on a plain paper to confirm alignment if necessary, then print on the label sheets. Peel off the backing and apply each label to the clean, dry surface of a file spine or folder, pressing firmly to ensure full adhesion.

Recommendations

For best results, store the label sheets flat in a dry environment and avoid extreme temperatures or humidity. Use standard inkjet inks and allow printed labels to dry fully before handling to prevent smudging. If precise alignment is critical, perform a single-sheet test print and adjust printer feed settings as needed.
