Zout- en pepermolen WMF De Luxe 14 cm RVS met keramisch maalwerk

WMF De Luxe 14 cm stainless steel seasoning mill with ceramic grinder is a compact, corrosion-resistant mill designed for grinding salt, pepper and other dry spices. The 14 cm height and stainless steel body provide a balanced, tabletop-friendly shape for everyday use in home kitchens and dining settings. The built-in ceramic grinder delivers precise, consistent results while resisting wear and corrosion from salt and moist spices.

Advantages

The stainless steel construction combines durability with a smooth, easy-to-clean surface that fits a variety of kitchen styles. The ceramic grinder mechanism offers long-lasting sharpness and is inert to salt corrosion, ensuring consistent grind size and taste neutrality. The compact 14 cm size is convenient for storage and comfortable to handle, while the simple, single-piece design minimizes crevices where residue can accumulate.

Suitable for

• Grinding coarse and fine black, white or mixed peppercorns
• Grinding sea salt, rock salt and other dry salts
• Preparing freshly ground spices at the table during meals
• Small-batch seasoning tasks in home kitchens

Key specifications

• Material: stainless steel body with ceramic grinding mechanism
• Height: 14 cm, tabletop size
• Grinder type: ceramic for corrosion resistance and consistent grinding
• Suitable contents: dry spices such as peppercorns and rock salt
• Finish: brushed stainless steel, easy to wipe clean

How to use

Fill the mill with dry, whole spices or salt by removing the top or following the manufacturer’s opening method. Hold the mill vertically or at a slight angle and rotate the top or body as designed to adjust grind size where applicable. Grind directly over food or into a bowl; for very fine results, use short, steady turns and for coarser results use slower, longer rotations. After use, wipe the exterior with a damp cloth and ensure the grinder is dry before refilling.

Recommendations

Do not use the mill with oily or moist spices that can clog the ceramic mechanism. Avoid submerging the mill in water; clean with a dry or slightly damp cloth and allow to dry completely. Store in a dry place to preserve the ceramic grinder and prevent salt-induced corrosion of any non-ceramic components.
