How to use

Fill each mill with the appropriate seasoning (coarse salt in one, whole peppercorns in the other). Secure the top, then twist the body or the top to grind. Adjust the coarseness by turning the knob underneath the mill: tighten for a finer grind, loosen for a coarser result. Clean the exterior with a dry or slightly damp cloth; avoid immersing the mills in water to protect the wood and ceramic parts.

Recommendations

For best performance, use coarse salt and whole peppercorns; avoid wet or flavored salts that may clog the ceramic mechanism. Store the mills in a dry place and refill before they run completely empty to maintain grinding consistency.
