120-mm-behuizingsventilator HAVN H12 PWM, zwart (model HVN-FS-H1230-02)

HAVN H12 PWM is a 120mm black case fan designed for PC chassis cooling. The fan features PWM speed control for automatic or manual adjustment via motherboard headers or fan controllers, enabling a balance between airflow and acoustic performance. It is compatible with common mounting patterns for standard 120mm fan bays and intended for use on chassis panels, CPU cooler towers, and thin radiators to help maintain stable system temperatures.

Advantages

The HAVN H12 PWM provides adaptable speed regulation through PWM input, allowing precise RPM control for quieter operation at low load and higher airflow when needed. Its 120mm form factor offers effective air delivery while remaining compatible with standard case mounts. The fan’s black finish integrates unobtrusively into most builds, and the bearing and blade design are optimized for continuous operation with minimal vibration.

Suitable for

• Case ventilation to improve general airflow and temperature distribution
• Mounting on CPU air coolers where a 120mm fan is required
• Use on thin or slim radiators in liquid-cooling loops
• Replacement or upgrade of existing 120mm case fans

Key specifications

• Fan size: 120 mm
• Color: black
• Speed control: PWM (pulse width modulation)
• Compatibility: standard 120mm mounting pattern
• Typical application: chassis, CPU coolers, radiators

How to use

Install the fan into a 120mm mounting location using appropriate screws or vibration-damping mounts. Connect the fan’s PWM cable to a motherboard fan header or a compatible fan controller that supports PWM. Configure fan control in the system BIOS/UEFI or in fan-control software to set the desired speed curve; automatic PWM control will adjust RPM according to temperature sensors. Ensure airflow orientation matches the intended intake or exhaust direction and avoid obstructing the fan blades during operation.

Recommendations

For optimal results, position the HAVN H12 PWM to create a coherent airflow path through the case (intake at front/bottom, exhaust at rear/top). Use motherboard PWM profiles to limit maximum RPM for quieter operation during light loads and allow higher RPM during peak loads. Periodically inspect and clean the fan blades and surrounding filters to maintain performance and reduce noise from dust buildup.
