120mm Lian Li UNI FAN SL-INF Wireless ARGB PWM — wit, modulair magnetisch ventilatorsysteem

The Lian Li UNI FAN SL-INF Wireless ARGB PWM — White is a 120mm modular magnetic fan system designed to simplify multi-fan installations and maintain a tidy interior. This fan integrates a magnetic connector interface that lets multiple UNI FAN units be daisy-chained without separate power or lighting cables between them. It combines PWM speed control for adaptive cooling with addressable RGB lighting for synchronized effects, and its white finish suits neutral or bright PC builds.

Advantages

The modular magnetic connection reduces cable clutter and speeds up installation by allowing fans to attach and connect in a chain, eliminating the need for multiple individual cables. PWM control enables automatic speed adjustment based on motherboard or fan controller signals, balancing cooling performance and acoustic output. Addressable RGB lighting offers customizable illumination with precise color and effect control when used with compatible controllers or motherboard headers. The fan’s white color and streamlined frame support a clean visual layout and integration into modern case designs.

Suitable for

• Custom PC builds that prioritize minimal cable routing and a clean aesthetic
• Systems requiring multiple case or radiator fans with synchronized lighting
• Environments where PWM-based automatic fan speed adjustment is preferred for noise control
• Upgrading white-themed or neutral-colored PC interiors for coordinated airflow and lighting

Key specifications

• Fan size: 120 mm
• Lighting type: Addressable RGB (ARGB)
• Control: PWM speed control
• Mounting: Standard 4-hole 120 mm mounting pattern
• Connection: Modular magnetic daisy-chain interface for power and lighting
• Color: White frame and blades
• Compatibility: Designed for use with standard 4-pin PWM fan headers and ARGB controllers supporting addressable lighting

How to use

Install the fan into a compatible 120 mm mounting location using the four mounting points. Attach the modular magnetic connectors between adjacent UNI FAN units to create a daisy-chained connection for power and lighting; connect the chain’s end to the system’s fan PWM header and ARGB header or to the supplied controller according to the case and controller documentation. Configure PWM control in the motherboard BIOS or fan control software to define fan curves, and set ARGB effects through the motherboard or ARGB controller software for synchronized lighting. Ensure the magnetic connectors click into place and that cable paths remain unobstructed for optimal airflow.

Recommendations

Place the UNI FAN units in consistent airflow roles (intake or exhaust) and group similarly oriented fans together when daisy-chaining. Use motherboard software or a dedicated controller to create PWM curves and lighting profiles that match system temperature and aesthetic needs. Periodically check magnetic connections for secure seating and clean fan blades to maintain performance and low noise levels.
