Aanraaklichtschakelaar MACLEAN MCE703W, glasfront, 1-voudig, 220V

MACLEAN MCE703W is a glass-panel touch light switch with one gang, designed for 220V mains. The device provides a capacitive single-touch control surface integrated into a sleek glass front, replacing a standard mechanical rocker switch and offering a flat, easy-to-clean wall interface for on/off control of lighting circuits in residential and commercial interiors.

Advantages

The glass panel offers a modern, low-profile appearance and resists stains and fingerprints better than conventional plastic switches. Capacitive touch operation eliminates moving parts, reducing mechanical wear and offering quieter use. The single-gang format fits standard wall boxes and supports direct 220V switching of lighting loads without additional modules. Installation maintains conventional wiring while upgrading the aesthetic and surface durability of the switch location.

How to use

After proper installation and wiring by a qualified electrician, operate the switch by a single fingertip touch on the glass surface to toggle the connected lighting circuit on or off. The touch sensor responds to a brief press; no long press or sweeping motion is required. The flat glass surface can be wiped clean using a soft, damp cloth—avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the finish.

Recommendations

Have electrical installation and replacement performed by a licensed electrician. Verify that the connected load is within the switch's rated capacity and that wiring conforms to local electrical codes. To preserve the glass finish, clean with non-abrasive agents and avoid impact from heavy objects.
