The ABB OTS40T3 terminal cover is a dedicated accessory that shields live terminals on 3-pole OT series switch-disconnectors, reducing the risk of accidental contact during operation and maintenance. Unlike generic covers, it is shaped to fit the OTS40T3 footprint and clips on without tools.

Highlights

• Snap-on mounting for quick installation
• Thermoplastic construction withstands everyday use
• Black finish blends with standard switchgear
• Contributes to IP20 finger protection when fitted

In daily use

Install the cover after wiring the switch-disconnector. It remains securely in place during switching operations and can be removed by hand for inspection or rewiring. The compact design adds no significant depth to the assembly.
