Accupool snelverbinder-set IWH 019039 — gereedschapsloos verwijderen en installeren van de accu

IWH 019039 is a battery terminal quick connector set designed for toolless battery removal and installation. The set provides a simple mechanical solution for disconnecting and reconnecting vehicle or equipment batteries without additional tools, reducing downtime and simplifying routine maintenance. The connectors are made to fit standard battery posts and to maintain stable electrical contact during temporary disconnection.

Advantages

The quick connector set allows fast and repeatable battery disconnection and reconnection without the need for wrenches or pliers, minimizing the risk of loose connections or accidental short circuits during handling. Its compact design supports easy installation in confined battery compartments and helps maintain system memory and settings by enabling controlled power interruption. The connectors are compatible with common lead-acid and maintenance-free batteries used in automotive and portable power applications.

Key specifications

How to use

Position the quick connector over the battery post, ensuring the contact surfaces are clean and free of corrosion. Engage the latch mechanism by pressing or rotating as specified by the connector design until the connector seats firmly on the post. To disconnect, release the latch and lift the connector off the post. For safe operation, perform installation and removal with the vehicle or equipment power off and follow standard battery-handling safety precautions. Verify a secure fit and good electrical contact after reconnection before restoring power to the system.

Recommendations

Inspect contact surfaces periodically and clean corrosion or deposits to maintain reliable conductivity. Avoid exposing the connector housing to prolonged moisture or aggressive chemicals. Use the quick connector only with compatible post-style battery terminals and within typical automotive and portable power voltage and current ranges. If any damage or excessive wear is observed, replace the connector to prevent unreliable connections.
