ACT 1 m zwart LSZH U/UTP CAT6A patchkabel met RJ45-stekkers

The ACT Black 1 meter LSZH U/UTP CAT6A patch cable provides high-speed wired connectivity for network devices. This 1 m Cat6a cable features RJ-45 connectors on both ends and an unshielded/shielded pair (U/UTP) construction to reduce interference. The LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) jacket limits the emission of toxic and corrosive gases in case of fire and is compliant with CPR Euroclass Eca. The cable is black and intended for standard network installations requiring Cat6a performance.

Advantages

The LSZH outer jacket reduces the risk of hazardous fumes and halogen corrosive byproducts during combustion, making the cable suitable for use in confined or poorly ventilated spaces. Cat6a specification supports high data rates and improved performance over Cat5e/Cat6 for structured cabling. Dual RJ-45 connectors ensure plug-and-play compatibility with common networking equipment, while the 1 m length offers a tidy solution for short connections.

Suitable for

• Connecting computers, switches and routers in office or home networks
• Structured cabling where Cat6a performance is required
• Environments with limited ventilation such as trains, aircraft interiors, or vehicles

Key specifications

• Brand: ACT
• Model / MPN: IB3501
• EAN: 8716065306811
• Cable type: U/UTP, Cat6a
• Length: 1 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 — both ends
• Jacket: LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen)
• CPR Euroclass: Eca
• Colour: Black

How to use

Plug each RJ-45 connector into the corresponding network ports on your devices (for example a switch and a computer). Ensure connectors click into place to confirm a secure connection. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends, pinching or contact with heat sources to maintain signal integrity. The 1 m length is best for close-proximity connections on desks, patch panels or rack fronts.

Recommendations

For installations in enclosed or public-transport environments, choose LSZH cables like this ACT Cat6a to reduce potential smoke and halogen emissions during a fire. Verify Cat6a performance needs and available port compatibility; avoid exceeding bend radius and keep the cable clear of electrical interference sources for optimal performance.
