HDD/SSD-behuizing ACT 2,5-inch SATA-harde-schijfbehuizing schroefloos USB 3.2 Gen1

The ACT AC1215 screwless 2.5 inch SATA HDD/SSD enclosure provides a compact, black housing for one 2.5" SATA III hard drive or SSD and connects to a computer via USB 3.2 Gen1 (Micro-USB B). Its screwless mounting design allows quick installation and the included USB cable supplies both data and power. The enclosure supports UASP and is backward compatible with USB 2.0, enabling transfer rates up to 5 Gbps when used with a USB 3.2 Gen1 host.

Advantages

The screwless design simplifies drive installation without tools, while USB 3.2 Gen1 with UASP support allows high-speed transfers up to 5 Gbps. The Micro-USB B connector ensures broad compatibility with many hosts, and the included cable provides power from the computer so no external adapter is needed. The compact plastic housing in black is lightweight and portable.

Recommendations

For best performance, connect the enclosure to a USB 3.2 Gen1 port on your computer and enable UASP if supported by your operating system and controller. Use it on a stable surface to avoid abrupt movement while the drive is active and safely eject the drive from the OS before disconnecting to prevent data loss.
