Reinigingsset voor apparatuur ACT One Click Cleaner MPO/MTP

The ACT One click cleaner MPO/MTP is a compact equipment cleansing kit engineered for precise cleaning of MPO and MTP multi‑fibre connectors. Designed for routine maintenance of fibre optic patch panels, trunk cables and transceiver assemblies, the kit removes dust, oil and other contaminants that impair optical signal quality. Its bright yellow housing improves visibility in crowded racks and work areas while a single‑action mechanism simplifies cleaning workflows.

Advantages

The cleaner provides repeatable, controlled cleaning strokes that minimize the risk of damaging ferrules or alignment pins. Its one‑click operation reduces handling time and user error compared with manual swabs or lint‑producing wipes. The kit’s compact form factor and durable construction make it suitable for field use and integration into maintenance kits for technicians. Materials and internal cleaning media are selected to achieve consistent particulate and residue removal without leaving fibers or residues behind.

Suitable for

• Routine cleaning of MPO and MTP connector endfaces in data centres
• Field service and on‑site maintenance of multi‑fibre trunk and breakout cables
• Pre‑installation verification and post‑repair cleaning of patch panels and array connectors
• Cleaning transceiver adapter faces where MPO/MTP interfaces are used

Key specifications

• Connector compatibility: MPO and MTP multi‑fibre connectors
• Operation: single‑action click mechanism for controlled cleaning strokes
• Housing color: high‑visibility yellow for easy identification in racks
• Form factor: compact, pocketable design for field technicians
• Cleaning medium: engineered non‑abrasive cleaning tape/media to remove dust and oil without leaving residues
• Durability: designed for multiple cleaning cycles under typical maintenance conditions

How to use

Ensure the connector and surrounding area are free from loose debris. Align the cleaner with the MPO/MTP connector endface following the visual guide on the tool housing, then press the actuator once to perform a single cleaning stroke across the ferrule. If residue remains visible, repeat the single‑click action with a fresh cleaning surface or replace the cleaning element according to the kit’s replacement guidance. Avoid rotating the cleaner on the endface and do not apply excessive force to prevent misalignment or damage.

Recommendations

Use the ACT One click cleaner MPO/MTP as part of a regular maintenance schedule and inspect connector endfaces with a fibre optic microscope or inspection scope after cleaning. Store the cleaner in a dry, dust‑free case when not in use and replace the internal cleaning media according to the manufacturer’s cycle limits or when visibly contaminated.
