ACT geel 10 meter LSZH SFTP CAT6-patchkabel met RJ45-stekkers

ACT SFTP CAT6 patch cable FB9810, 10 m in yellow, is a universal network patch lead designed for a wide range of wired communication systems. The cable supports Ethernet at 10/100/1000 Mbps, xDSL, telephony, ISDN, T1, ATM (155/633 Mbps), 100 VG AnyLAN, broadband video up to 550 MHz and serial applications. The LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) jacket reduces toxic smoke in case of fire and the cable features high-quality RJ45 connectors for reliable signal transmission.

Advantages

The SFTP shielding provides improved protection against electromagnetic interference compared with unshielded cables, and the CAT6 specification ensures support for Gigabit Ethernet. The 10 m length offers flexibility for device placement while the bright yellow jacket aids quick visual identification in patch panels and cable runs. The LSZH material enhances safety for indoor installations.

How to use

Connect one RJ45 connector to the network port of your switch, router, patch panel or device and the other connector to the target device. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and sources of strong electromagnetic interference for optimal performance. The shielded connectors should be mated to shielded ports where available to maintain SFTP performance.

Recommendations

Use this SFTP CAT6 LSZH patch cable for indoor network installations that require Gigabit speeds and improved EMI protection. For best results, pair shielded cables with shielded hardware and avoid excessive bending or tension; store and deploy the cable within its specified length to preserve signal integrity.
