ACT Industrial 30,00 meter Profinet-kabel RJ45-stekker naar RJ45-stekker, Superflex CAT6A SF/UTP TPE-kabel, afgeschermd

The ACT Industrial SC4828 is a 30 m Cat6a network cable with RJ45 male connectors on both ends. Designed for industrial and Profinet applications, the cable uses SF/UTP (S-FTP) shielding and Superflex TPE materials for enhanced mechanical resistance and flexibility. Each conductor is a superflex strand of 28 copper wires per core (AWG26), and connectors feature gold-plated contacts and an IP67-rated overmoulded TPE housing.

Advantages

The Superflex SF/UTP construction provides improved flexibility compared with standard AWG24/7 patch cables while maintaining Cat6a performance. The TPE sheath and overmoulded connectors increase resistance to mechanical stress and allow use in cable chains and moving installations. Shielding (S-FTP) reduces electromagnetic interference for reliable Profinet and Ethernet transmission. Gold-plated contacts ensure stable electrical connection and corrosion resistance.

How to use

Connect the RJ45 male connectors to compatible RJ45 ports on network devices, switches or Profinet equipment. Route the cable through cable management or cable chains, ensuring bend radii comply with manufacturer recommendations for flexible cables. Avoid sharp kinks and excessive tensile loads when installing to preserve the integrity of the Superflex conductors and the shielding.

Recommendations

Use this Cat6a Superflex cable for industrial and moving installations where flexibility and mechanical resistance are required. For best long-term performance, maintain appropriate bend radii, avoid crushing forces, and secure connector ends to prevent repeated mechanical stress at the connection points.
