ACT RG-59 patchkabel zwart 75 Ohm 5,00 m

The ACT RG-59 patch cable (Q71500) is a 5.00 m, 75 Ohm coaxial cable in black with BNC connectors on both ends. Compliant with RoHS and Q71500 standards, it is intended for carrying video and audio signals with secure connections for professional and home installations.

Advantages

The cable offers impedance-matched 75 Ohm performance and standard BNC terminations for compatibility with common video and surveillance equipment. Its 5 m length provides flexibility for routing between devices while the black jacket supports discrete installations. Compliance with RoHS and the manufacturer's Q71500 specification indicates adherence to environmental and quality requirements.

Suitable for

• Connecting CCTV cameras to DVRs
• Linking video monitors and recorders
• Short-run coaxial connections in AV installations

Key specifications

• Type: RG-59 coaxial patch cable
• Impedance: 75 Ohm
• Length: 5.00 m
• Connectors: BNC — male to male
• Colour: Black
• Standards: RoHS, Q71500
• Brand: ACT

How to use

Ensure both devices are powered off before connecting. Align and push the BNC connectors onto the device sockets, then twist the coupling nut until it locks to secure the connection. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and sources of strong electromagnetic interference. After installation, power on devices and verify video/audio signal integrity.

Recommendations

For best performance, use this RG-59 patch cable for runs up to several meters; for longer distances or when preserving higher-frequency signals, consider RG-6 or active signal boosters. Inspect connectors periodically for corrosion and ensure firm coupling to maintain signal quality.
