ACT rood 2 meter LSZH SFTP CAT6A patchkabel met RJ45-stekkers

The ACT Red 2 meter LSZH SFTP CAT6A patch cable (model IB5002) is a 2 m Ethernet lead with RJ‑45 connectors and S/FTP shielding that supports data rates up to 10 Gbps. The cable jacket is made from LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) material, which reduces the emission of toxic gases and smoke in case of fire, and meets CPR Euroclass Eca. The red colour and CAT6A specification make it suitable for high-speed networking in homes and offices where reduced smoke/toxicity is important.

Advantages

LSZH jacket reduces the risk of hazardous fumes and smoke in poorly ventilated or enclosed spaces. S/FTP shielding provides improved protection against electromagnetic interference for stable high-speed transmission. The cable features standard RJ‑45 connectors for easy compatibility with network equipment and a 2 m length for typical workstation and patch panel connections.

Suitable for

• Connecting desktops or laptops to switches and routers
• Patching between patch panels and network equipment in offices
• Environments where low smoke and low halogen emissions are required (trains, aircraft interiors, enclosed spaces)

Key specifications

• Model: IB5002
• Type: S/FTP CAT6A patch cable
• Length: 2 m
• Connectors: RJ‑45 to RJ‑45
• Data rate: up to 10 Gbps (CAT6A)
• Jacket material: LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen)
• CPR Euroclass: Eca
• Colour: Red

How to use

Plug each RJ‑45 connector into the network ports of the devices you want to connect, such as a computer and a switch or a patch panel and a router. Ensure connectors click into place to establish a secure connection. Route the cable avoiding sharp bends and abrasive edges to preserve shielding and jacket integrity. For best performance, keep runs within recommended lengths for Ethernet and avoid running parallel to strong power lines.

Recommendations

Use this LSZH S/FTP CAT6A cable in indoor installations where reduced smoke and halogen emissions are required, and when shielding is needed to minimise interference. Do not exceed recommended bend radius and avoid mechanical damage to maintain performance.
