Actieve USB-verlengkabel DeLOCK 85988 24 V 4 m zwart

This cable by Delock allows the extension of a PoweredUSB connection and can be used to connect various devices. The cable is used both for data transmission and for power supply of the connected device.

Advantages

The DeLOCK Powered USB extension cable provides a 24 V power supply and data transmission over a 4 m length. Magnetic shielding reduces electromagnetic interference to help maintain signal stability. The black cable construction is suitable for professional and retail environments where a powered USB extension is required.

Suitable for

• Extending PoweredUSB connections between host and peripheral devices
• Point-of-sale terminals, receipt printers and barcode scanners requiring external power
• Installations where a longer cable run is needed without separate power adapters

Key specifications

• Voltage: 24 V
• Cable length: 4 m
• Colour: Black
• Magnetic shielding to reduce interference
• Supports simultaneous data and power transmission

How to use

Connect one end of the extension cable to the PoweredUSB host port and the other end to the peripheral device requiring a PoweredUSB connection. Ensure both ends are securely attached and that the host supplies the required 24 V power. Verify device operation after connection and route the cable to avoid sharp bends and sources of strong electromagnetic interference.

Recommendations

Use the cable for applications that explicitly require a PoweredUSB connection and 24 V supply. For best performance, avoid running the cable parallel to high-power electrical lines and keep connectors free of dust and moisture.
