i-tec USB-C HDMI-adapter 4K/60 Hz

Expand your desktop to an external HDMI monitor, projector, or TV from a notebook, tablet or PC using the USB-C / Thunderbolt 3 to HDMI adapter. The adapter supports 4K Ultra HD video at up to 3840 x 2160 @ 60 Hz and delivers stereo audio over the HDMI connection.

Advantages

The adapter provides a single-cable connection from a USB-C or Thunderbolt 3 port to an HDMI display, enabling high-resolution video and audio without additional power. Installation is automatic: the system installs drivers as needed and the adapter is plug-and-play on compatible devices. Compact design makes it suitable for mobile use with laptops and tablets.

Key specifications

• Interface: USB-C / Thunderbolt 3 to HDMI
• Maximum resolution: 3840 x 2160 @ 60 Hz (4K Ultra HD)
• Audio: Stereo via HDMI
• Compatibility requirement: Device must support DisplayPort Alt Mode over USB-C
• Driver installation: Automatic from the operating system

How to use

Connect the adapter to the USB-C or Thunderbolt 3 port on your computer, then attach an HDMI cable from the adapter to the external monitor, projector or TV. The connected display should be detected automatically; adjust resolution and display settings in your operating system if needed.

Recommendations

Please verify that your notebook, tablet or PC supports DisplayPort Alt Mode on its USB-C/Thunderbolt 3 port. Consult the device manual or manufacturer support to confirm USB-C port capabilities; if the port does not support the required video output, the adapter may not function correctly.
