Acupressuurmat Extralink acupressuurmat zwart 65x40 cm

Extralink acupressure mat black 65x40 cm offers a full‑length surface designed for self‑administered pressure therapy. The mat is finished in black and measures 65 × 40 cm, providing enough area to treat the back, neck and other body regions. Evenly distributed acupressure points stimulate circulation, help reduce localized muscle tension and support relaxation after physical activity or during stress‑relief sessions. The product is suitable for use on the floor, a bed or a sofa and can be integrated into daily recovery and wellness routines.

Advantages

The Extralink acupressure mat combines a compact footprint with a wide contact area, allowing users to apply consistent pressure across target muscles. The low‑profile design and uniform placement of acupressure points ensure repeatable stimulation for muscle relaxation and increased blood flow. The black finish is neutral and fits easily into home environments. The mat is lightweight and simple to reposition for use on different surfaces.

Suitable for

• Post‑workout recovery and muscle relaxation

How to use

Place the mat on a flat surface such as the floor, bed or sofa. Lie down so the targeted body area makes contact with the acupressure points; adjust body position to control intensity. For initial sessions, use a thin layer of clothing to reduce sensation and gradually move to direct skin contact as tolerance increases. Sessions typically last from a few minutes up to 20–30 minutes depending on comfort and goals. After use, roll or fold the mat for storage.

Recommendations

Begin with short sessions and increase duration gradually. Avoid prolonged pressure on open wounds, inflamed areas or over recent injuries. If you have circulatory disorders, skin conditions or are pregnant, consult a healthcare professional before regular use.
