Why choose it

Acupressure has been used for centuries to promote relaxation and relieve pain. The Tunturi mat and pillow set brings this ancient practice into your home. The spikes are made of durable ABS plastic and are arranged in rosettes to provide even pressure across the body. The cotton covers are soft against the skin and can be easily removed for washing, keeping the set hygienic. The foam filling provides a comfortable base that conforms to your body while you lie on the spikes. Whether you want to ease muscle tension after exercise, reduce stress, or simply enjoy a moment of calm, this set can help.

Ideal use cases

• Relaxation after a stressful day at work or home
• Pain relief for back, neck, shoulders, and feet
• Improved circulation through regular use
• Post-workout muscle recovery
• Meditation and mindfulness practice

Good to know

The mat can be rolled up for easy storage when not in use. It is suitable for adults. Start with short sessions (10-15 minutes) and gradually increase the duration as your body gets used to the sensation. For best results, use on a flat surface such as a floor or bed. The pillow can be placed under the neck or lower back for targeted pressure. Always consult a healthcare professional if you have any medical conditions or concerns.
