Afbreekmesjes Stanley 25 mm 0-11-325

Stanley 25mm Snap-Off Knife Blades (pack of 10) provide precise, replaceable cutting edges for standard snap-off utility knives. Each blade measures 25 mm in width and 0.7 mm in thickness, with multiple scored segments allowing users to refresh the cutting edge quickly and safely. These blades are intended for tasks requiring controlled, straight cuts on cardboard, plastic sheeting, vinyl, wallpaper and other sheet materials.

Advantages

These snap-off blades deliver consistent cutting performance through multiple segmented edges, reducing downtime for sharpening. The 0.7 mm thickness balances rigidity and blade flexibility, enabling accurate trimming while resisting breakage under normal use. Packaged in sets of 10, the blades offer economical replacement and compatibility with most 25 mm snap-off knife handles commonly used by tradespeople and hobbyists.

How to use

Install a blade into a compatible 25 mm snap-off knife according to the knife manufacturer’s instructions, ensuring the blade is securely retained before use. Score and cut with steady, controlled strokes, applying only moderate pressure; when the tip becomes dull, extend a new segment and snap off the used portion along the scored line using pliers or the knife’s snapping tool while keeping fingers clear. Replace blades when they show signs of chipping or bending to maintain safe, accurate cutting.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment such as cut-resistant gloves and eye protection when handling and replacing blades. Store unused blades in their package or a blade dispenser to prevent accidental contact. Avoid using excessive force or prying motions that can cause blade breakage; select the correct blade thickness and blade type for the material being cut.
