Afdichtingsband Tesa Moll Universal 9 mm x 6 m zelfklevend wit

Tesa Moll Universal sealant tape 9 mm x 6 m is a self-adhesive white sealing strip designed for indoor gap and joint sealing. The narrow profile fits into tight spaces around windows, doors and skirting boards to reduce drafts, dust ingress and minor acoustic leakage. The tape is supplied on a roll for easy measuring and cutting and adheres to clean, dry surfaces without tools for a fast, neat finish that remains inconspicuous once installed.

Advantages

The product combines a slim 9 mm width with a 6 m roll length to cover multiple small gaps with a single unit. Its self-adhesive backing simplifies installation and eliminates the need for additional sealants or fasteners. The white colour provides a discreet appearance against typical interior frames and trims. The material compresses into joints, forming a continuous barrier that reduces drafts and limits dust transfer while maintaining a low-profile seam.

Suitable for

• Sealing narrow gaps around window frames and sashes
• Filling joints between doors and frames to reduce drafts
• Sealing the gap between skirting boards and wall surfaces
• Temporary or semi-permanent sealing where a neat visual finish is required

Key specifications

• Width: 9 mm
• Length: 6 m per roll
• Colour: white
• Self-adhesive backing for tool-free application
• Suitable for indoor use
• Low-profile design for discrete sealing

How to use

Ensure the surface is clean, dry and free from dust, grease or loose paint before application. Measure the length of the gap, cut the required length from the roll with scissors, peel off the backing and press the adhesive side firmly into the joint. Apply even pressure along the tape to secure adhesion and trim any excess flush with the surrounding surfaces. For best results, avoid stretching the tape during application so it sits flat in the gap.

Recommendations

Store the roll in a dry environment away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Not suitable for continuous outdoor exposure or for sealing wide structural gaps; use in temperatures within typical indoor ranges and on stable substrates. For long-term or load-bearing sealing needs, consider compatible professional sealing products.
