Allround pan de Buyer CHOC RESTO INDUCTION 32 cm rond zwart

The de Buyer CHOC RESTO INDUCTION 32 cm is a non-stick round all-purpose pan designed for gentle cooking and reheating. Its Lyonnaise shape makes it easy to slide food onto a plate. Constructed with an extra-thick 5 mm aluminium body and an induction-friendly AISI 304 ferritic stainless steel bottom, the pan is built for regular kitchen use. The high-end five-layer coating provides professional-level resistance and an optimal slip for heavy use. The handle is riveted, iron with an epoxy coating resistant to high temperatures and shaped in a French-style curve for a simple, secure grip.
