• Low-fat cooking and easy cleanup

Key specifications

• Pan diameter: 28 cm usable cooking surface
• Coating: ceramic nonstick surface to reduce sticking
• Color: blue exterior
• Handle: ergonomic design for comfortable grip and safe handling
• Heat distribution: designed for even temperature across the cooking surface
• Intended use: suitable for stovetop cooking; check induction compatibility before use

How to use

Before first use, wash the pan with warm soapy water and dry thoroughly. For most frying and sautéing, use low to medium heat to protect the ceramic coating and achieve uniform results. A small amount of oil or butter can be added if desired; the nonstick surface allows minimal fat usage. Use wooden, silicone or nylon utensils to avoid scratching the coating. After cooking, allow the pan to cool slightly before cleaning to reduce thermal stress; wash by hand with a soft sponge or cloth for best results.

Recommendations

To extend the life of the ceramic nonstick coating, avoid prolonged exposure to very high heat, sharp metal utensils and sudden temperature changes. Verify stovetop compatibility, particularly for induction cooktops, and follow standard cookware safety: do not leave the empty pan on high heat and store it to avoid abrasive contact with other cookware.
