Allroundpan GreenPan Barcelona Pro rond 200 mm, zwart, 1,84 kg, PFAS-vrij

GreenPan Barcelona Pro all-purpose round pan 200 mm is a PFAS-free non-stick frying pan designed for everyday home cooking. With a 200 mm diameter, 180 mm depth and a weight of 1.84 kg, this black cookware combines an extra-thick aluminium body, Magneto induction-ready base and Thermolon™ Infinity Professional ceramic non-stick coating to deliver reliable performance for frying, sautéing and general stovetop use.

Advantages

The Thermolon™ Infinity Professional ceramic non-stick coating is PFAS-free and incorporates Scratch Guard™ technology to improve scratch resistance and prolong a consistent release of food. The BalancePro™ base maintains a flat cooking surface when heated, promoting even heat distribution and keeping fats where you place them to help reduce oil use. A seamless, rivetless interior prevents food from becoming trapped and the Pro-Tec reinforced rim provides extra durability when using utensils. Premium cast stainless steel handles with a mirror finish are designed for comfortable handling and a long service life.

How to use

Before first use, wash the pan with warm water and mild detergent, then dry thoroughly. Use low to medium heat for most cooking tasks to preserve the non-stick coating and benefit from even heat distribution. Add a small amount of oil or butter where needed; the BalancePro™ base helps keep fats in place. Avoid metal utensils that can scratch the surface; use silicone, wood or heat-resistant nylon utensils instead. After cooking, allow the pan to cool slightly before cleaning to protect the coating and shape.

Recommendations

Hand washing with a soft sponge and mild detergent is recommended to maintain the Thermolon™ coating and Scratch Guard™ performance. For oven use keep temperature below or equal to 220°C and avoid thermal shock by not immersing a hot pan in cold water.
