How to use

Preheat the pan briefly on low to medium heat before adding a small amount of oil or butter if desired. Use wooden, silicone or other heat-resistant utensils to protect the ceramic nonstick surface and avoid metal tools that can scratch the coating. Adjust heat as needed for frying, sautéing or browning and avoid prolonged overheating of an empty pan. After use, allow the pan to cool slightly, then wash with warm soapy water and a soft sponge for best results.

Recommendations

To extend the life of the ceramic nonstick coating, avoid aerosol cooking sprays that can leave residue, refrain from using metal utensils, and store the pan so its cooking surface does not contact abrasive items. Regular gentle cleaning and moderate heat use will help maintain consistent performance.
