Key specifications

• Cooking surface diameter: 20 cm
• Non-stick coating: ceramic-based coating designed for easier food release
• Exterior colour: black
• Intended heat sources: standard stovetops (gas, electric, ceramic hob); verify induction compatibility if required
• Pack quantity: single pan, suitable for small-portion cooking

How to use

Before first use, wash the pan with warm soapy water and dry thoroughly. Use low to medium heat for most cooking tasks; the ceramic non-stick coating performs best without prolonged high heat. Add a small amount of oil or butter when desired and avoid heating the empty pan for extended periods. Use wooden, silicone or heat-resistant nylon utensils to protect the coating. After cooking, allow the pan to cool slightly before cleaning to protect the surface and prolong coating life.

Recommendations

Avoid high heat settings and sudden temperature changes to preserve the ceramic non-stick finish. Clean with a soft sponge and mild detergent, and avoid abrasive pads and steel wool. Store carefully to prevent scratches to the cooking surface and follow the manufacturer's detailed care guidance when available.
