Alphacool EPDM slang 16/10 - zwart 50m rol (5100119)

For water-cooling enthusiasts and system builders, the Alphacool EPDM Tube 16/10 in black offers a reliable, flexible solution for custom PC loops. Supplied as a 50-meter roll, this tubing is ideal for large builds, multiple systems, or keeping spare length on hand. Its 16 mm outer diameter and 10 mm inner diameter match standard 16/10 compression fittings, ensuring a secure, leak-free connection without the need for clamps in most setups.

Key specifications

• Material: EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer)
• Outer diameter: 16 mm
• Inner diameter: 10 mm
• Wall thickness: 3 mm
• Length: 50 meters
• Colour: Black
• Temperature range: -40°C to +90°C
• High flexibility and kink resistance
• Excellent UV and ozone resistance
• Plasticizer-free, matte surface
• Compatible with all standard 16/10 mm fittings

Why choose it

Unlike PVC tubing, EPDM does not contain plasticizers that can leach into the coolant over time, reducing the risk of clouding or clogging. The matte black finish gives a clean, professional look that blends seamlessly into any build, while the material's inherent flexibility allows for tight bends without kinking. Its broad temperature tolerance ensures stable performance even under extreme thermal loads, and the resistance to UV and ozone makes it suitable for long-term use without degradation.

Ideal use cases

• Custom water-cooling loops in desktop PCs and workstations
• External cooling setups where tubing may be exposed to light
• Large-scale or multi-system projects requiring bulk tubing
• Replacement tubing for maintenance or upgrades

Good to know

The 50-meter roll provides ample length for complex routing and future modifications. For best results, cut the tubing with a sharp hose cutter to ensure clean, square ends. Always use compatible 16/10 mm fittings and check for leaks after installation. Store unused tubing away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures to maintain its properties.
