Antennekabel ShiverPeaks 80207-128S, zwart, afscherming tot 100 dB

ShiverPeaks 80207-128S antenna cable in black is a coaxial cable engineered for reliable signal transmission in installations where high shielding and low interference are required. With robust construction and shielding performance up to 100 dB, this cable is intended for connecting antennas, receivers and RF equipment to deliver stable, low-noise signals in domestic and professional environments.

Advantages

The cable offers high shielding effectiveness to minimize electromagnetic interference and maintain signal integrity over the run. Its durable outer jacket and precisely manufactured conductor structure provide mechanical stability and consistent electrical performance. Designed for straightforward connectivity with common RF components, the cable supports long-term installations and reduces the need for frequent maintenance due to signal degradation.

Suitable for

• Connecting TV antennas to receivers and set-top boxes
• Radio reception systems requiring low-noise cabling
• Professional RF installations and test setups
• Environments with high potential interference where enhanced shielding is necessary

Key specifications

• Type: coaxial antenna cable
• Color: black
• Shielding: up to 100 dB
• Length: 7.5 meters
• Conductors and braid: layered construction for improved EMI protection
• Outer jacket: durable material for protection against mechanical wear

How to use

Route the cable between the antenna and the receiving device, avoiding sharp bends and tight loops to preserve the coaxial geometry. Ensure connectors at both ends are compatible with the antenna and receiver; tighten connections securely but do not over-torque. For wall or conduit installations, secure the cable at regular intervals to prevent strain on connectors. If terminating the cable on-site, use appropriate tools and follow standard coaxial termination procedures to maintain shielding continuity.

Recommendations

For best results, keep the cable away from power lines and sources of strong electromagnetic noise. When installing outdoors or in exposed locations, use weatherproof connectors or additional protective conduit. Periodically inspect terminations for corrosion or loosening to ensure continued low-noise performance.
