MacBook Pro 16 M5 Max, zilver, M5 Max (18-CPU/40-GPU), 48GB, 2TB, display met nanotextuurglas, Duits, geen voeding

Imagine a film editor on location in Berlin, cutting 8K ProRes footage on the fly. With the Apple MacBook Pro 16-inch, powered by the M5 Max chip, that kind of desktop-class performance fits in a backpack. The 18-core CPU and 40-core GPU tear through rendering, compiling, and machine learning tasks, while 48GB of unified memory keeps massive projects fluid. The 16.2-inch Liquid Retina XDR display with nanotexture glass cuts glare, so you can work under studio lights or by a window without squinting. This model comes in silver, with a German keyboard layout, and no power adapter in the box—ideal for professionals who already own compatible chargers.

Why choose it

The M5 Max delivers pro-level speed without the noise of a fan spinning up constantly. The nanotexture glass is a game changer for anyone who works in bright environments—it reduces reflections while preserving contrast and color accuracy. With 48GB of unified memory, you can run multiple virtual machines, edit high-resolution video, or develop complex software without bottlenecks. And because it's a MacBook Pro, you get macOS reliability, a best-in-class trackpad, and a keyboard that's comfortable for long typing sessions.

Ideal use cases

• Video editing and color grading in the field
• 3D modeling and animation
• Software development with heavy virtualization
• Data science and machine learning prototyping
• Music production with large sample libraries

Good to know

This configuration includes a German keyboard layout (QWERTZ), so it's tailored for users who type in German. The absence of a power adapter is intentional—many professionals already have USB-C power adapters from previous MacBooks or use docking stations. If you need one, any USB-C Power Delivery adapter of 96W or higher will charge it at full speed. The nanotexture glass is optional on the standard model, but here it's built in, saving you the upgrade cost. With up to 22 hours of battery life, you can leave the charger at home for a full day of work.
