ASUS AAS01R 124,5 cm (49 inch) Tafelarm Zwart

ASUS AAS01R is a single-monitor desk arm engineered for screens up to 124.5 cm (49") and a maximum weight of 13.5 kg. Designed for clamp or grommet mounting, the arm accommodates displays with VESA 100×100 mm and provides a wide range of mechanical adjustments — height, tilt, swivel and rotation — to position the monitor precisely for ergonomic viewing. Finished in black, the arm includes integrated cable management and a compact bracket to preserve desk space while supporting professional and home workstations or gaming battlestations.

Advantages

The monitor arm offers flexible mounting options (desk clamp or grommet) and supports large flat and curved displays within its weight limits. A gas-spring/mechanical spring system enables smooth, continuous height adjustment and stable tilt and swivel movement across a broad angle range, while an adjustable tension screw prevents sagging with heavier panels. Built-in cable routing keeps the workspace tidy, and the compact design frees surface area on the desk.

Suitable for

• Ergonomic office and home desktop setups
• Single-monitor gaming battlestations with large screens up to 49"
• Design, video editing, and productivity work requiring adjustable viewing angles
• Multi-monitor arrangements where one arm is used for a main display

How to use

Attach the arm to your desk using either the clamp or grommet base depending on desk thickness and preference, then mount the monitor to the VESA 100×100 plate. Adjust the spring tension or tilt-head screw to match the display weight so that height and tilt movements are stable. Use the gas-spring assist to raise or lower the display to eye level, and rotate or swivel the screen to set the optimal viewing angle. Route cables through the integrated channels to keep them secured and out of the way.

Recommendations

Ensure the monitor weight does not exceed 13.5 kg and verify whether a curved display falls within the lower supported weight for curved screens. Tighten the adjustable tension screw on the tilt head if the screen shows sagging, and perform periodic checks of mounting hardware to maintain stability. Use the grommet mount for permanent installations and the clamp mount for flexible, non-permanent setups.
