Audiokabel Maclean MCTV-510 25 m koper

The Maclean MCTV-510 25 m Copper audio cable is a 25-metre copper-coloured cable designed for audio signal transmission between devices. It provides a continuous copper conductor over its full length and is intended for installations where a long run of cable is required without integrated connectors. The cable's construction focuses on preserving signal integrity across its length to support clear audio in domestic and professional setups.

Advantages

The cable's 25 m length allows flexible placement of audio equipment across larger rooms or between separate components. Copper conductors offer low electrical resistance and reliable conductivity, which helps reduce signal attenuation over distance. The absence of pre-attached connectors gives installers freedom to add custom connectors or terminate the cable according to specific system requirements. The copper-coloured jacket provides a neutral appearance suitable for visible installations.

Suitable for

• Wiring between audio components in home theater systems
• Fixed installations in studios or performance venues requiring long cable runs
• Custom cable assemblies where specific connectors or terminations are needed
• Replacement or extension of existing audio cable runs

Key specifications

• Cable length: 25 m
• Conductor material: copper
• Connector type: no pre-attached connectors (both ends without connectors)
• Outer colour: copper colour
• Application: analog audio signal transmission

How to use

Measure the required run and cut the cable to length if necessary, leaving extra slack for routing and service loops. Strip the outer jacket and insulations carefully to expose the conductors, then attach the chosen connectors or terminations following the connector manufacturer's instructions and reliable soldering or crimping practices. Route the cable away from power lines to minimize interference and secure it with appropriate clamps or cable ties. Test continuity and signal quality after installation before finalizing cable routes.

Recommendations

For best results, select connectors and termination methods compatible with the audio equipment and environment. Avoid tight bends and kinks, keep the cable clear of strong electromagnetic sources, and use strain relief at both ends to maintain long-term reliability.
