Audiokabel XLR 3-polig 6,35 mm Omnitronic 3022519C 5 m zwart

The Omnitronic 3022519C audio cable is a 5 m connection lead with a male 3-pin XLR connector on one end and a male 6.35 mm (1/4") jack on the other. Engineered for professional audio environments, this black cable provides a balanced XLR connection transitioning to an unbalanced 6.35 mm plug, enabling straightforward links between microphones or mixing consoles and instruments, amplifiers or line-level inputs. The construction prioritizes signal integrity and routine durability for stage, studio and rehearsal use.

Advantages

This Omnitronic cable combines a standard professional XLR termination with a widely used 6.35 mm jack, offering flexible connectivity in live and studio setups. At 5 m length it allows convenient placement of equipment while maintaining manageable cable routing. How to use

Connect the male XLR end to the device providing a balanced XLR output (for example a microphone preamp or mixer output) and insert the male 6.35 mm jack into the target instrument or line-level input. Ensure connectors are fully seated for reliable contact. When converting from balanced to unbalanced connections, be aware of potential changes in noise rejection; keep cable length appropriate for the signal type and avoid running alongside mains cabling to reduce interference. Coil the cable using an over-under method or loops of suitable diameter to prevent kinking.

Recommendations

For best audio performance, verify input/output levels and mute or lower levels on connected equipment before plugging or unplugging. Store the cable in a dry environment and avoid sharp bends at connector ends to extend service life.
