The Omnitronic 3022052R is a 7.5 m audio cable with three-pin XLR connectors, featuring a male connector on one end and a female connector on the other. Designed for balanced audio transmission, this black cable is intended for use in professional audio environments such as live sound, studio recording, and PA systems. Its construction focuses on signal integrity and mechanical durability while retaining flexibility for routing and stage use.

Advantages

This XLR 3-pin cable provides balanced connections that reduce interference and hum over longer runs. The 7.5 m length offers versatility for stage and studio setups where distance between devices varies. Durable outer jacket and flexible core materials offer resistance to wear and easy handling during installation and transport. Standard male-to-female XLR termination ensures compatibility with most microphones, mixers, preamps and outboard audio equipment.

How to use

Connect the male XLR plug to the input of the device receiving the signal (for example, a mixing console or preamplifier) and plug the female XLR into the output of the signal source (for example, a microphone or DI box). Ensure connectors are fully seated and locked where applicable to prevent accidental disconnection. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends, excessive tension and proximity to power cables to minimize noise pickup. Coil and secure unused length to prevent trip hazards and mechanical stress.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use this balanced XLR cable for microphone-level and line-level connections where low-noise transmission is required. Avoid running the cable in parallel with mains power lines; cross them at right angles if necessary. Store the cable coiled loosely and protect connectors with caps or cases during transport.
