The 2.0 mm thick throat plate increases durability and stability when sewing multiple layers or heavier textiles. The rotary control and electric power supply provide straightforward, reliable operation for varied sewing projects.

Use the free arm for tubular items such as sleeves and pant legs. For heavy fabrics, fit denim needles, raise the presser foot when positioning thick seams and proceed at a steady, moderate speed to ensure even feeding through the 2.0 mm throat plate.

Recommendations

Use the included denim needles and the non-stick foot when working with thick or coated fabrics. Test stitch settings on a fabric scrap before starting a project and replace needles regularly when sewing heavy materials to maintain stitch quality and avoid fabric damage.
