Lanview LVN607,5SOUT netwerkkabel zwart 7,5 m Cat6a S/FTP (S-STP)

Lanview LVN607,5SOUT is a 7.5 m Cat6a S/FTP patch cable designed for industrial and outdoor use. The cable features a PUR jacket that provides resistance to UV exposure and oils while maintaining high flexibility. It supports Class EA/500 MHz performance for up to 10 Gbit/s Ethernet and is fitted with gold-plated connector contacts for reliable connectivity.

Advantages

The PUR outer jacket offers increased durability in harsh environments and protection against UV and oil; S/FTP shielding reduces electromagnetic interference for stable data transmission; Cat6a specification and Class EA/500 MHz rating enable 10G Ethernet performance; highly flexible construction improves routing in confined or moving installations and the gold-plated contacts enhance corrosion resistance and contact reliability.

Suitable for

• Outdoor network connections exposed to sunlight and oil
• Industrial automation and machinery with moving parts
• High-speed Ethernet links up to 10 Gbit/s
• Voice, data and video transmission in commercial or industrial settings

Key specifications

• Standard: Cat6a (Class EA)
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall foil plus individually braided pairs)
• Bandwidth: 500 MHz
• Maximum data rate: up to 10000 Mbit/s (10 Gbit/s)
• Length: 7.5 m
• Outer jacket: PUR (UV- and oil-resistant)
• Colour: Black
• Connector contacts: Gold-plated
• Weight: 0.09 kg

How to use

Connect the LAN connectors at each end to the corresponding Ethernet ports on network devices such as switches, routers or network cards. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks. Route the cable avoiding sharp bends and sources of severe mechanical abrasion; the PUR jacket allows outdoor routing but avoid prolonged submersion. For optimal performance, use within Category 6a/Class EA channel configurations and verify link speed on connected devices.

Recommendations

Use this Lanview Cat6a S/FTP cable for reliable 10 Gbit/s links in outdoor and industrial environments; perform regular visual inspections of the PUR jacket and connectors and follow standard network testing procedures (for example Fluke DSX-8000 channel tests) when installing in mission-critical applications.
