How to use

Place the scale on a flat, hard surface and ensure it is level before stepping on. Turn the scale on according to the built-in activation method (step-on or button, depending on model behavior) and stand with both feet centered on the platform without shifting weight. Wait for the reading to stabilize before stepping off. For consistent tracking, weigh yourself at the same time of day, wearing similar clothing or none at all.

Recommendations

For best accuracy, use the scale on a firm, even floor and avoid carpeted surfaces. Keep the tempered glass platform clean and dry; wipe with a soft cloth and mild detergent if needed. Replace batteries as soon as low-battery indicators appear to maintain measurement reliability. Store the scale flat and avoid placing heavy objects on it when not in use.
