Pensofal Diamond round 24 cm baking pan is made from durable extruded aluminum and finished with a six-layer Diamante non-stick coating reinforced with diamond powder. The pan is designed for everyday baking of cakes, tarts and other baked goods; its construction provides even heat distribution and easy food release while simplifying cleaning and maintenance.

Advantages

The Diamante coating offers strong non-stick properties even with minimal oil and high resistance to abrasion and scratches. The pan has a patented base with a 1 mm stainless steel insert that prevents slipping and deformation and promotes uniform heat distribution thanks to a rounded shape. How to use

Before first use wash the pan in warm soapy water and dry. Apply a small amount of oil if desired to enhance release, then preheat the oven to the recipe temperature and bake as instructed. Avoid metal utensils and abrasive cleaners to maintain the non-stick coating. After use, allow the pan to cool slightly before washing to preserve its shape and coating.

Recommendations

To extend the life of the Diamante non-stick surface, clean with non-abrasive sponges, avoid sudden temperature shocks (such as placing a hot pan under cold water) and use silicone, wooden or plastic utensils. Although dishwasher safe, hand washing will better preserve coating performance over time.
