Bankbiljettencontrole Safescan 131-0723 zwart multivaluta-UV

The Safescan 131-0723 Counterfeit Bill Detector (Black Multi-currency UV) is a compact UV-based detector for quick verification of banknotes, cards and identity documents. Its three high-intensity UV LED lights and an additional white light area provide a multi-point inspection method that reveals UV security threads, watermarks and microprints on both sides of notes. The unit is powered via a 5V DC USB connection and is designed for use at counters, desks or mobile locations.

Advantages

The triple-LED UV system delivers strong, even illumination for reliable counterfeit detection while the integrated white light highlights non-UV security features. An intelligent motion sensor provides instant activation when a document is presented and automatic shut-off to save energy. The detector uses energy-efficient LEDs, requires no bulb replacements, and includes a 1.5 m USB-C power cable with a USB-A converter for broad compatibility.

Suitable for

• Retail and point-of-sale verification of banknotes
• Checking multi-currency cash at exchange desks
• Verification of credit cards, passports and ID documents
• Use on counters, desks or mobile setups with a power bank or computer USB port

Recommendations

For optimal results, place documents flat and hold them steady under the light. Use in a dimmer environment to better spot fluorescent features. When working with multiple currencies, check both sides of each note and combine UV inspection with white-light verification of watermarks and microprints.
