Weighing approximately 210 g, the accessory provides additional support and improved contact surfaces for clamping small or irregularly shaped workpieces. Constructed to balance portability with mechanical durability, it is intended for routine workshop and hobby tasks where precision and secure holding are required.

Advantages

This bench vice accessory offers a simple way to increase clamping versatility without substantially changing the vice setup. Its low weight makes it easy to handle and position, while the design focuses on reliable grip and stable support during light- to medium-duty operations. The accessory is compatible with common vice jaws and can be stored or transported with minimal space impact.

Suitable for

• Holding small metal or plastic parts for filing, sanding and drilling
• Supporting delicate assemblies during light machining or fitting work
• DIY repair and hobby projects that require secure but gentle clamping
• Temporary fixtures when working with irregularly shaped components

How to use

Fit the accessory to the bench vice by aligning it with the vice jaws and securing it according to the vice’s accessory mounting method. Position the workpiece between the accessory and the opposite jaw, then tighten the vice slowly to achieve the required clamping pressure. Check that the part is held securely and that the accessory contacts the workpiece evenly to prevent slipping or damage. Remove the accessory when heavier clamping or full jaw contact is required.
