How to use

Connect the TD-3-GP Purple to your audio interface or mixer and power it according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Use the step sequencer to enter step notes, lengths, and accents; then adjust the filter cutoff and resonance to shape the timbre. The envelope controls allow you to set the filter behavior over time, and the performance knobs let you apply live modulation while playing or recording. Save and recall sequences as needed during a session to chain patterns for extended arrangements.

Recommendations

For best results, combine the TD-3-GP Purple with a clean preamp or analog mixer to preserve its resonant analog character. Use subtle resonance boosts to avoid harshness at high levels and experiment with accent and slide settings for expressive basslines. Integrate the sequencer output with external tempo sources when syncing to other hardware or DAW hosts.
