Beveiligingscamera DAHUA IPC-HFW1839TC-A-IL-0280B-S6 IP-camera

The DAHUA IPC-HFW1839TC-A-IL-0280B-S6 IP Camera provides 4MP resolution imaging in a weather-resistant housing designed for continuous outdoor surveillance. This model integrates advanced night-vision illumination and on-board smart motion detection to capture clear, usable video across varied lighting conditions. Support for Power over Ethernet (PoE) simplifies installation and reduces cable requirements, while the camera’s optical characteristics are tuned to monitor medium to large areas with reliable detail and contrast.

Advantages

The camera delivers high-definition 4MP video for improved identification and situational awareness compared with lower-resolution models. Integrated infrared illumination and smart low-light technologies enable consistent monitoring at night without supplemental lighting. PoE support allows power and data over a single cable, streamlining deployment. The housing is built for outdoor use, offering protection against weather and environmental factors relevant to perimeter and exterior surveillance.

Suitable for

• Perimeter and parking lot monitoring
• Retail and commercial facility surveillance
• Residential property exterior coverage
• Warehouse aisles and loading areas

Key specifications

• Image resolution: 4 megapixels for detailed video capture
• Night vision: integrated infrared illumination and enhanced low-light performance
• Network: IP camera with standard network connectivity
• Power: Power over Ethernet (PoE) support for simplified cabling
• Housing: weather-resistant outdoor housing suitable for exterior installation
• Motion detection: on-board smart motion detection for event-triggered recording

How to use

Mount the camera at the desired exterior location using appropriate anchors and brackets, ensuring the field of view covers the required area. Connect the camera to your network switch or PoE injector/NVR using a Cat5e or Cat6 cable to provide both power and data. Configure the camera through the manufacturer’s web interface or supported video management software to set image parameters, motion detection areas, recording schedules, and compression settings. Verify night-vision performance after installation and adjust the angle or IR settings if necessary to avoid backscatter from nearby reflective surfaces.

Recommendations

Position the camera 2.5–4 meters above ground for typical perimeter coverage and use PoE-enabled network equipment to maintain a single-cable installation. Regularly check lens cleanliness and firmware updates to ensure optimal image quality and security.
