Bevestigingshaakschroef Extralink EX.6518 voor hangende draagbeugels 16/450 mm

Extralink EX.6518 is a mounting hook screw intended for hanging support brackets with nominal dimensions 16 x 450 mm. Designed as a fastening component for suspension of brackets and stays, this hook screw provides a secure attachment point for mounting hardware on poles or other structures used in energy and utility installations. The product is suitable for both outdoor and indoor use where a 16 mm thickness and 450 mm length hook is required.

Advantages

The hook screw offers a simple, robust solution for fastening and suspending support brackets. Its defined 16 x 450 mm dimensions make selection straightforward when a specific length and thickness are required. The design facilitates straightforward installation on power poles and other structures, and materials are selected for reliable performance in typical energy-sector mounting tasks.

Suitable for

• Hanging and supporting guying brackets on power poles
• Securing antenna supports and lightweight structural fittings
• Suspending stays and support hardware in outdoor installations
• Indoor mounting where 16 x 450 mm hook screw is required

Key specifications

• Hook dimensions: 16 mm (thickness) x 450 mm (length)
• Application area: mounting and suspension of support brackets on poles and structures
• Intended sectors: energy and utility installations, general outdoor and indoor support mounting

How to use

Install the hook screw by driving or threading it into the pole or support structure at the designated mounting point, ensuring the receiving material and mounting method are appropriate for the load. Place the support bracket or stay onto the hook and secure any additional fittings or clamps required by the installation. Verify that the hook engagement and surrounding material provide adequate load-bearing capacity before applying full tension.

Recommendations

Use with appropriate pole anchors, clamps or safety fittings as dictated by local standards and the specifics of the mounted equipment. Inspect attachment points periodically for corrosion or wear and replace the hook screw if deformation or damage is detected.
