Big Agnes Twistercane Bio Foam wandelzitkussen - groen

Take a comfortable, insulated seat anywhere on the trail with the Big Agnes Twistercane Bio Foam Hiking Seat Pad. Made from sugarcane-based bio-foam, this lightweight pad provides a warm, dry place to sit during breaks, at camp, or at outdoor events. Its closed-cell foam construction resists water and wipes clean easily, while the egg-crate surface adds cushioning and reduces pressure points. The pad folds accordion-style into a compact bundle that slips into a pack pocket or clips to the outside. At just 57 g, it's an easy addition to any hiker's or backpacker's kit.

Why choose it

The Twistercane Bio Foam seat pad offers reliable insulation from cold or wet ground without adding noticeable weight to your pack. Its bio-based foam is a more sustainable choice than traditional petroleum-based foams, and the durable high-density construction stands up to repeated use. The egg-crate texture not only cushions but also helps trap air for extra warmth. When you're ready to move, it folds down small and stays put with its accordion design.

Ideal use cases

• Hiking and backpacking rest stops
• Camping and campfire seating
• Outdoor concerts and festivals
• Stadium bleachers and sporting events
• Picnics and beach outings

Good to know

Because the pad is made of closed-cell foam, it won't absorb water, so you can sit on damp ground without getting wet. It's easy to clean with a quick wipe. The compact folded size fits in most backpack hip belts or side pockets, and at only 57 g, you'll forget it's there until you need it.
