BlueOptics SFP-AOC-10G-20M-SG-BO Synology-compatibele SFP+ Active Optical Cable 20m

The BlueOptics SFP-AOC-10G-20M-SG-BO is a high-performance active optical cable (AOC) designed for seamless integration with Synology network attached storage (NAS) and other 10 Gigabit Ethernet devices. This plug-and-play solution combines the reliability of fiber optics with the convenience of a pre-terminated cable, eliminating the need for separate transceivers and fiber patch cables. With a length of 20 meters, it is ideal for data center interconnects, server-to-switch links, and high-speed storage networks.

Advantages

This active optical cable offers significant advantages over traditional copper cabling: lower power consumption, lighter weight, and immunity to electromagnetic interference. It supports hot-pluggable SFP+ interfaces on both ends, ensuring easy installation and maintenance. The integrated transceivers are pre-tested for optimal performance, guaranteeing reliable 10GbE connectivity over multimode fiber.
