BNC-kabel ShiverPeaks 77605 RG (coaxiale stekker BNC, model 77605)

BNC cable ShiverPeaks 77605 RG is a coaxial cable with a BNC connector designed for analog video, radio-frequency and general signal transmission. The cable follows RG-series coaxial construction to provide a shielded signal path and a standardized BNC interface for connecting cameras, monitors, test instruments and RF devices. Available in a common length for installations where a robust, shielded connection is required, this cable is compatible with devices that use 75 Ω coaxial connections and BNC plug terminations.

Advantages

The ShiverPeaks 77605 RG cable delivers a reliable shielded connection that reduces electromagnetic interference and preserves signal integrity over short to medium runs. Its BNC connector provides a secure bayonet locking mechanism for stable coupling and easy plug-and-play installation. The cable construction offers consistent impedance suitable for analog video and RF applications, helping to minimize reflections and signal loss when used with compatible equipment.

Suitable for

• Analog CCTV camera connections
• Video monitors and switchers with BNC inputs
• Radio-frequency test equipment and signal generators
• Audio/video patch panels and short runs between devices

Key specifications

• Connector type: BNC male to BNC male
• Cable type: RG-series coaxial
• Characteristic impedance: 75 Ω
• Shielding: braided and foil shielding for EMI/RFI protection
• Typical use: analog video, RF and signal transmission
• Typical length: 5.0 m (may vary by product variant)

How to use

Connect the BNC male plugs to the corresponding female BNC sockets on your devices by aligning the bayonet pins and twisting until the connector locks. Ensure both ends are fully seated to maintain the 75 Ω impedance and reduce signal reflections. Route the cable away from large power cables and strong electromagnetic sources to limit interference. For best results, avoid sharp bends or kinks and secure the cable with clips or ties where necessary to prevent strain on the connectors.

Recommendations

Use this cable for short to medium analog video runs and RF test connections where a 75 Ω BNC interface is standard. Inspect connectors periodically for corrosion or wear, and replace the cable if shielding or connector integrity is compromised. For longer runs or critical RF applications consider additional amplification or higher-specification coaxial types to maintain signal quality.
