BNC-krimstekker DELOCK 90756 voor coaxkabel RG-174 / RG-316 met krimpkous

DELOCK BNC crimp plug 90756 is a single-piece connector intended for terminating small-diameter coaxial cables such as RG-174 and RG-316. Supplied with a matching heat-shrink tube, the connector enables a compact, mechanically secure termination suitable for video, RF and test-signal applications. The connector is designed for professional and DIY cable assembly where reliable electrical contact and a minimal footprint are required.

Advantages

The BNC crimp plug delivers a stable coaxial connection with low signal loss for small-diameter cables. Inclusion of the heat-shrink tube improves strain relief and environmental protection at the cable joint while keeping the assembly neat and compact. The single-piece design simplifies assembly, reducing the number of separate parts to handle during termination. The connector is compatible with common crimp tools for center pin and cable shielding, allowing reproducible results in repeated installations.

How to use

Prepare the coaxial cable by stripping the outer jacket, exposing the shielding and the inner conductor to the lengths appropriate for the crimp connector. Slide the heat-shrink tube onto the cable before assembling the connector. Fit the connector body over the cable, ensuring the center conductor seats correctly in the pin contact and the braid makes proper contact with the connector housing. Perform the required crimp operations for the center contact and the outer ferrule using suitable crimping tools. Position the heat-shrink tube over the assembled joint and apply heat to shrink it, providing strain relief and improved mechanical stability.

Recommendations

Use the connector with crimp tools and dies specified for small-diameter BNC crimp terminations to ensure reliable electrical contact. Verify correct stripping dimensions and perform a continuity/insulation test after assembly. For outdoor or higher-humidity environments, consider additional sealing measures beyond the provided heat-shrink tube if long-term exposure is expected.
