Booropzetstuk Bosch 2 607 000 545 zwart 8 mm diameter 4 stuks

The Bosch 2 607 000 545 drill attachment is a set of four black 8 mm diameter dowel positioners designed to support precision drilling tasks. Supplied as a 4-piece set, these attachments help maintain consistent hole diameter and alignment when installing dowels or when creating repeatable, accurate drill positions. The compact design and standardized 8 mm diameter make the set compatible with common drill chucks and useful for both workshop and on-site jobs.

Advantages

These drill attachments provide consistent hole sizing and repeatability across multiple workpieces without the need for extensive measuring. The black finish reduces glare and aids visibility while working, and the four-piece pack ensures replacements or simultaneous use on several machines. Their simple geometry supports ease of mounting and removal, and the uniform diameter promotes accurate dowel placement and secure joint assemblies.

How to use

Mount the attachment securely in the drill chuck or compatible holder according to the drill manufacturer's instructions. Align the attachment with the intended drilling location, ensuring perpendicular orientation to the workpiece for accurate hole placement. Use steady, moderate feed pressure and an appropriate drill bit for the material to achieve clean 8 mm holes. After drilling, remove the attachment and inspect both the hole and the attachment for wear.

Recommendations

Use with drills that accept 8 mm accessories and choose drill bit types suitable for the material being worked (wood, composite, etc.). Periodically check the positioners for wear or damage and replace them from the set as needed to maintain drilling accuracy.
