Bosch 0 601 292 901 draagbare schuurmachine excenterschuurmachine 11000 tpm 22000 tpm

The Bosch 0 601 292 901 orbital sander is a compact sanding tool designed for efficient surface preparation and finishing. With a maximum idle speed of 11,000 RPM and an oscillation rate up to 22,000 OPM, this orbital sander delivers consistent abrasive motion for smoothing wood, paint, varnish and similar materials. The unit uses a clamp/Velcro sanding media fixing system for quick abrasive changes and includes a dust bag to collect sanding debris. Its 350 W motor balances power and control while the compact housing supports maneuverability in confined or detailed work areas.

Advantages

The sander combines a high-speed orbital action with a moderate power rating to provide fast material removal while helping to reduce sanding marks. The clamp/Velcro fixing system simplifies abrasive changes without tools, and the included dust bag reduces airborne dust and keeps the work area cleaner. The compact dimensions and 2.7 kg weight make the tool easier to handle during extended tasks and provide good access to tighter spaces.

How to use

Attach a suitable abrasive sheet to the sanding pad using the clamp or Velcro system, ensure the dust bag is fitted if dust collection is required, and connect the sander to a compatible power source. Hold the tool with a steady grip, switch it on and apply light, even pressure while moving the sander across the workpiece in overlapping passes. Allow the orbital motion to perform the cutting; avoid excessive pressure that can cause uneven sanding or premature abrasive wear. Change abrasive grit progressively from coarse to fine to achieve the desired surface finish.

Recommendations

Use personal protective equipment such as dust masks and eye protection when sanding. For best results, start with coarser grit to remove material and finish with finer grit for smoothing. Empty the dust bag regularly and consider connecting a compatible vacuum extractor for extended jobs to improve dust extraction and visibility.
