Bosch 2 608 002 021 boorhamer-toebehoren boorhamervet

Bosch Drill Bit Set 2608002021 contains five drill bits designed for general drilling tasks. The set is compact and intended to cover common sizes for household DIY and professional applications. Bits are suitable for drilling in wood, plastics and light metals depending on the specific bit geometry and material, and the set includes a storage solution that keeps bits organized and accessible.

Advantages

The set offers a compact selection of frequently used drill sizes, enabling quick replacement during a job and reducing downtime. Precision-ground flutes and a consistent tip geometry provide stable drilling performance and cleaner holes. A dedicated storage case protects the bits from damage and simplifies transport and organization.

Suitable for

• Home improvement and general DIY drilling in wood and plastics
• Light metal drilling where appropriate bit type is used
• Quick maintenance tasks and on-site repair work
• Workshop use where a compact selection of sizes is needed

Key specifications

• Set contents: five drill bits in commonly used sizes
• Intended materials: wood, plastics, light metals (depending on bit type)
• Finish and geometry: precision-ground tips and flutes for stable drilling
• Storage: compact protective case for bit organization and transport
• Compatibility: suitable for standard drill chucks

How to use

Select the appropriate drill bit size for the intended hole diameter and the material to be drilled. Secure the bit in the drill chuck and set the drill to a speed suitable for the material: lower speeds for metals and higher speeds for wood and plastics. Mark the drilling point, clamp the workpiece if possible, and apply steady pressure while keeping the drill aligned. Withdraw the bit periodically to clear chips when drilling deeper holes. After use, clean the bits and return them to the storage case to prevent damage and loss.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment such as safety glasses and gloves. For metal drilling, use cutting fluid and lower speeds to extend bit life; for wood and plastics, use higher speeds and avoid excessive pressure to prevent melting or splintering. Store the bits dry in the supplied case to maintain performance.
